This is the story of our dream home in Dubai.
The contractor’s name will remain anonymous until the satisfactory completion of our landscaping project.
As of 26th October 2021, the project is overdue, the agreed completion date was 23rd October. We have negotiated a new completion date of the 27th October 2021, however, there is a lot of work still to be completed. We have agreed to a 500dhs per day penalty due to unreasonable delays.
The landscaper’s finance department has requested payment for completion of the next stage, unfortunately, they are not at this stage. The second letter of concern has been emailed to the landscaper with a list of snags and outstanding items.
Hopefully, we will see some serious progress over the coming days and the pool will be ready for our family and guests visiting shortly.
